Fosters are the backbone of dog rescue. It takes a special person to welcome a dog into their homes for a short period of time and treat them like their own. We know the rewards of seeing a rescue dog transition from being in the shelter to being in a home are incredible. Every day in a loving home helps the rescue dogs regain confidence and trust in their surroundings and well being.
Without foster homes where a rescue dog can socialize a little bit and then meet their prospective forever families, Poi Dog Rescue could not function.
